Darren Behind the Scenes
After moving to Okotoks from British Columbia in early 2018, Darren began working for Ruben & Christine. Since then, he has seen the RC MOVERS business go upwards from when he started.

It's very seldom you'll speak to Ruben on the phone nowadays, seeing that Darren is the one booking moves, emailing clients and is the heart of our company. You might not meet Darren in person, but he always runs the office behind the scenes.
I started working for RC MOVERS in early March of 2018 and I never thought I'd be leading the company from behind the scenes almost 07 years later. I had just moved from British Columbia and needed a place to start. Now, I run our Saskatchewan branch since getting married in April 2023.
I feel the weight of RC MOVERS around me and although I'm many things outside of work, I feel I would be less than who I am if I didn't have this company at my fingertips. If you ask me what my purpose is, I would say it's how I'm going to be a dad in May of 2025 and I think the pressure of knowing that makes me realize a job is a job, no matter how good someone is at it. The most important thing to me now is making sure I provide for my family, from my small office I made on my acreage North of Saskatoon.
I know I wouldn't give up on RC MOVERS. We have a mission and we've always believed in it. I'm willing to see if, in the next few years, that mission will finally get to where Ruben wants it go.
