RC MOVERS charges an hourly rate from when they leave the yard in Okotoks to once they return to
the yard at the end of your job. Other fees will include the fuel fee after a certain amount of kilometres
and base minimum charge. Senior rates are accepted as well. Feel free to contact us about our hourly

Moving Supplies
RC MOVERS carries wardrobe boxes on the truck that you are welcome to borrow the day of your move. Otherwise, we have standard dollies, blankets, and drop sheets to protect your floors and furniture, no
matter where you're moving. We like to think each piece of furniture or item gets at least one blanket, making it well over 100 blankets in some moves. Everything we need is on the trucks, and is part of our
base price when booking with RC MOVERS.

With RC MOVERS, moving doesn't have to be stressful. From the time you book the move over the phone
to when the truck leaves your new residence, RC MOVERS has you covered. We understand there's a lot
going on, so let our team take care of you on move day. You might have to take care of everything else,
but we have it figured out on moving day. You can take a breath when the moving truck shows up, to
know that everything will work out just fine. We'll see you on moving day.

business closure at a minimum. Between your office furniture and other office equipment to private documents, our team will move your office with professionalism and expertise. Whether you're moving
floors or buildings, you can count on RC MOVERS for a smooth and efficient transition.

Storage Services
RC MOVERS is home-based, with no official location to store furniture. However, Okotoks is home to
many storage facilities that we give high praises on. Whether that be Storage-Mart, Sheep River Storage,
South Okotoks Self Storage, Uncle Bob's Storage or others in the area, RC MOVERS can work with you to
store your furniture for however long it needs to be there. If you move it back out within 3 months of
your initial move in, except a nice discount from RC MOVERS on job number two.
Estimates
RC MOVERS charges free assessments in the Okotoks area and Calgary area up to 100 kilometres outside
of Okotoks. Fuel is charged after 100 kilometres for estimates, with a rate that can be discussed via call

Hourly Rate
RC MOVERS charges by the hour and by time, not by the weight. They charge from when they leave the yard in Okotoks to once they return at the end of your job. Other rates included are fuel, which starts after 40 kilometres for moving day or 100 kilometres for assessments.
Labour Only
If you're in need of two men without the truck, the base cost is still the same and we will load your
equipment the same way we would whether it was one of our own trucks. Please understand however
that you as the client will need to have the adequate amount of moving quality blankets to make the
move possible with our company.
Packing Services
At this time, RC MOVERS does not provide packing services beforehand. However, since 2024, our
company has used Less Stress Packing Services LTD in the Foothills area and love working with their

their packing services (confirmed by them), you can welcome in a small discount from RC MOVERS.
